Once overtime couldn’t break the deadlock, both teams took to the shootout to settle the score. Marie-Philip Lavoie’s lone shootout goal ended up becoming the game-winner for McGill.

The Concordia Stingers women’s basketball team lost 72-48 to the McGill Martlets this past Saturday, and the term bad would be an understatement. Stingers were held to under 10 points in a quarter twice during the game, giving them their fifth loss in their last six games.
