Vote For Paisley
It is my understanding that Ms. Paisley V. Sim is running for the position of councillor representing Fine Arts on the Action CSU slate.
As a co-producer of this year’s Art Matters Festival, I have come to know Ms. Sim well. Art Matters and FASA have collaborated on projects that have resulted in a speaker series, guest lectures and other events that have enriched the quality of life of Fine Arts students.
My personal and professional experiences allow me to state with confidence that Ms. Sim is an ideal candidate for this position.
Ms. Sim is running for this position to ensure that Fine Arts voices are represented should this slate be elected to run for the CSU. I feel that both my personal and professional dealings with Ms. Sim qualify me to endorse her candidature. I am aware that this is a non-political position, and I know that Ms. Sim’s priorities are to represent Fine Arts and therefore ensure accountability should this executive be elected. This is a responsibility that I know she could successfully fulfill.
As a personal acquaintance and professional colleague of Ms. Sim, I have been witness to her leadership, professionalism, gentility and generosity. As a co-producer of Art Matters, I am confident in her abilities as a leader and representative of the Fine Art community.
