I’m writing to endorse Lina Saigol for VP Student Life. Her position on Concordia Could Be is nothing short of well, typical.

Lina is a natural leader, with creative ideas that surpass a normal person’s imagination. Her hands-on experience over the past year working with frosh, and the Concordia Student Union events committee only makes her natural skills more qualified and has led her to grow and network within the Concordia community.

Lina has found a gap in Concordia’s community and has the drive, resources and creative outlook to implement killer events that will no doubt fill the void and make our university community something to be jealous of.

While her qualifications, creative and otherwise, are important, her ability to communicate with her peers, student groups and the public is what makes her surpass the level of simply being qualified. In order to be a community, we as students, groups and faculties need to associate and communicate with each other.

Knowing Lina on both a personal and academic level she has proved her ability to successfully make a difference in Concordia’s community and I would not leave the job to anyone else.
