Starting this week, From The Archives will be bringing you articles from deep in the past volumes of The Link or The Georgian and Loyola News, The Link ’s ancestors, relevant to current events tackled in our latest issue.
The Link has been kicking for 33 years, since Concordia’s creation in 1980.
With 33 years of archives, the same issues in the student and Montreal community tend to come back around like a bad flu, surfacing again every few years in slightly different packaging.
From shady student politicos to student space, food on campus, questionable administration practices or total lack of accountability from the police, From the Archives will be posting the most obscure, random and memorable snips of ConU history.
As they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
