“Christina Moto” Endorses Strike
A fake email detailing Concordia University’s support of accessible education in Quebec is popping up in the inboxes of Montreal media.
“It is extremely unfortunate,” said official Concordia media relations spokesperson Chris Mota. “Students are confused.”
The message, sent from Concordia University Media Relations rep “Christina Moto,” a parody on the actual ConU spokesperson, outlines the University’s “position against the education reforms put forward by the Charest government.” It announces a gala to be held in the lobby of the GM building.
Mota said the email was extremely erroneous and the university will be sending out an email today addressing it, among other issues.
