Your Concordia & Cameron

I’m writing to express my support for Cameron Monagle in his run for Concordia Student Union Arts and Sciences Councillor with the Your Concordia slate.

Cameron is a colleague of mine at Hingson Hall in the Residence Life Department. I have worked, lived and studied with him for the last year.

As an international student, Cameron and I agree on the importance of fighting tuition fee increases. He’s invited me to several protests, and done an impressive job of getting the word out for these events.

I’m a busy student in a challenging program at John Molson, so I appreciate his involvement. He knows his stuff and then spreads the word—I’ve probably heard from Cameron in the past month more than the CSU all year.

The CSU needs some new faces, and it needs an effective, critical council. Enough of the party videos, let’s see a student union that’s actually representative and up front.

I hope you’ll join me in supporting the Your Concordia slate, and I hope all Arts and Science students will support Cameron Monagle.
