“We can heal, but we can’t forget”
On Monday evening, more than 200 people gathered at Jeanne-Mance Park to observe a commemorative drumming session, held by Indigenous community members. The ceremony was held in memory of 215 Indigenous children, whose remains were recently uncovered at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School, in British Columbia.
