The Media and Democracy Issue

Graphic Graeme Shorten Adams

The relationship between media and democracy is precious.

Without honest analysis of government and an informed population, the principles of democracy that we all cherish can fade away.

Information must be readily available when public interest is in question. We must be able to accurately judge the practices of police, corporations, and those who are meant to lead.

This special issue explores these topics, and is meant to facilitate conversation concerning the ever-fluctuating relationship between media and democracy.
